      Begründung des Zuschlagentscheides: Nach Artikel 30 Absatz 1 der Verordnung vom 16.10.2002 über das öffentliche Beschaffungswesen (ÖBV; BSG 731.21) erhält das wirtschaftlich günstigste Angebot den Zuschlag. Da nur ein Angebot eingegangen ist, ist der Zuschlag dem Unternehmen Rigaku Europe SE, zu erteilen.

      Rechtsmittelbelehrung: Gegen die zugestellte Verfügung kann innerhalb von 10 Tagen, von der Zustellung an gerechnet, Beschwerde bei der Erziehungsdirektion des Kantons Bern, Rechtsdienst, Sulgeneckstraße 70, 3005 Bern erhoben werden.
