         Tromsø kommune [municipality] is responsible for performing inspections of the alcohol turnover in the municipality, cf. the turnover of Alcoholic Drinks Act dated 2.6.1989 No 27, with the associated regulations dated 8.6.2005.

         The objective of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the professional provision of the sales, alcohol, smoke and tobacco inspection services.

         Inspection of sales and serving of alcoholic drinks is performed within the limit of the applicable law and regulations. In addition, as part of this Framework Agreement, compliance with the Tobacco Act must be upheld at the municipality"s sales and licensed premises.
