      Raisons de la décision d"adjudication: après évaluation des offres qualifiées, c’est l’offre de l"adjudicataire qui a reçu le plus de points. Elle est ainsi la plus avantageuse économiquement dans son ensemble. L’offre de l’adjudicataire séduit non seulement par le prix le plus favorable mais aussi par une bonne notation dans tous les critères.
