            Raisons de la décision d"adjudication: le marché est adjugé aux soumissionnaires Itelligence AG, CubeServ AG, Sopra Steria AG et Incor AG, étant donné que tous les adjudicataires ont su convaincre quant à la bonne exécution et à l’expérience en matière de projets SAP BI ainsi que par le bon rapport qualité-prix dans l’ensemble.

            Indication des voies de recours: conformément à l’art. 30 LMP, la présente publication peut être attaquée, dans un délai de 20 jours à compter de sa notification, auprès du tribunal administratif fédéral, case postale, 9023 St. Gall. Le mémoire de recours, à présenter en 2 exemplaires, indiquera les conclusions, motifs et moyens de preuve et portera la signature de la partie recourante ou de son mandataire; y seront jointes une copie de la présente publication et les pièces invoquées comme moyens de preuve, lorsqu"elles sont disponibles.

            Aucune quantité minimale n"est indiquée dans l"appel d"offres. Un concours sera organisé entre les adjudicataires en cas de besoin.
