         Extinguishing equipment is required to be inspected at least one time a year, and every 5 years all hoses must be pressurised. In connection with this, the Contracting Authority needs to collaborate with a company in the above named field.

         Hordaland fylkeskommune also wants to use only fire hoses in our buildings where there is pressurised water with supplementation of hand held extinguishing devices in risk areas such as science rooms, physics rooms etc. The number and areas of coverage for hand held extinguishing devices — powder devices, shall be phased out.

         NS 8401 will apply to the assignment.

         All written and verbal communication in connection with this competition shall take place in Norwegian. The language requirement also applies to the actual tender.
