        Lori region (Vanadzor town and surrounding 9 villages) and Armavir region (Armavir and Metsamor towns), Armenia.

      4. Description of the procurement:

        The intended works are as follows:

        Within Vanadzor town:

        • approx. 25 km of water distribution pipelines (HDPE) ranging from 63 to 280mm external diameter;

        • approximately 1 200 new house service connections, including new service pipes;

        • new valves, chambers and three (3) river crossings;

        • approx. 10 km of pipelines (HDPE and steel) to complete the ring feeder system of Vanadzor (300, 280, 225 and 90 mm external diameter) and one booster pumping station (Qmax = 48 l/sec, required head = 30m).

        Within villages of the Lori Region:

        Works are located within 11 villages in the Lori Region (9 reticulation systems)

        • 90 km of water distribution pipelines (HDPE) ranging from 160 to 63mm external diameter;

        • approximately 3200 new house service connections, including new service pipes;

        • water distribution pipe river crossings;

        • Feeder pipelines (HDPE) to reservoirs ranking from 90 to 160mm external diameter (2.4 km);

        • rehabilitation works of two existing service reservoirs;

        • rehabilitation works of three river intakes;

        • installation of a booster pumping station (Qmax = 1.8 l/sec (required head = 32 m).

        Within the Armavir Region:

        • installation of approx. 60 km of water distribution pipelines (HDPE) ranging from 63 to 300 mm external diameter including valve chambers, hydrants and other ancillary pieces;

        • installation of approx. 2600 new house service connections, including new service pipes;

        • rehabilitation of existing main sewer collector between Armavir town and Metsamor town (length of 5.400m, r/c pipe DN1000 and DN1200).
