        Este contrato incluirá la rehabilitación del colector de aguas residuales Magaly Masson, reconstrucción de la Estación de Bombeo de la Avenida Amazonas, la respectiva línea de impulsión que lleva las aguas residuales hasta la nueva Planta de Tratamiento de Aguas Residuales (PTAR) a implementarse, de acuerdo a lo establecido en los planos de diseño, especificaciones, memorias y demás documentos técnicos.

        Está previsto que este contrato se ejecute en un plazo de doce (12) meses contados a partir del día siguiente de la entrega del anticipo.

        La adjudicación se realizará bajo el criterio del precio más bajo de las ofertas conformes y técnicamente aceptables, de conformidad con la Guía de Contratación Pública del BEI.

        Están invitadas a participar en la licitación todas las personas naturales o jurídicas, nacionales o extranjeras, asociaciones de éstas, consorcios o compromisos de asociación, legalmente capaces para contratar y que tengan interés en participar en este proceso.
