         El presente contrato ayudará a la Delegación de la Unión Europea en Guatemala a diseñar, producir, organizar e implementar una serie de actividades y eventos de comunicación y visibilidad para garantizar la implementación de las actividades de comunicación estratégica de la Cooperación y Diplomacia Pública de la Unión Europea en Guatemala por un período de 48 meses.

         El ámbito de este contrato será la comunicación externa de la Unión Europea en Guatemala ante los diferentes socios visibilizando, en particular, las actividades de cooperación en el marco de las tres prioridades temáticas definidas en el Programa Indicativo Plurianual para Guatemala, las iniciativas emblemáticas del Equipo Europa en Guatemala, las fechas conmemorativas de la UE y de Guatemala, así como los marcos políticos generales entre la Delegación de la Unión Europea y la República de Guatemala.
