         Le contrat consiste en des travaux de construction de bâtiments, d’aménagements et d’équipements du Centre national d’environnement et de sécurité automobile (CNESA).

         Le CNESA est conçu pour la relance du contrôle technique automobile, la formation du personnel des Centres d’environnement et de sécurité automobile (CESA), la formation des conducteurs routiers professionnels.

         Il disposera d’un hangar de contrôle technique de deux lignes de contrôle dont une ligne pour les Poids lourds (PL) et l’autre ligne pour les Véhicules légers (VL); d’une direction technique, d’une direction générale, d’un bâtiment pour un logement, d’un restaurant, des blocs latrines, d’un local groupe électrogène, de fosses septiques avec puits perdu, d’un forage avec château d’eau, de guérites, d’un local de formation et d’une clôture.

         Une route d’accès sera aménagée ainsi que la voirie et des réseaux divers de viabilisation du centre.

         Le CNESA sera aussi équipé en matériels de contrôle technique automobile.
