         El presente contrato de trabajo principal destinado a las capacidades de las instituciones públicas de Honduras para una Ejecución más efectiva y eficacia de las políticas aplicadas, para que los sectores focales del Plan Indicativo Multianual de la Unión Europea en Honduras alcancen máximos resultados e incidencia, con énfasis en apoyar y acompañar al sector público y al Gobierno de Honduras en el desarrollo y mejora de planes estratégicos sensibles al género y prejuicios. Además, se entiende apoyar a los políticos, la divulgación y las actividades estratégicas en las relaciones UE-Honduras, así como mejorar las relaciones UE-Honduras acometido las iniciativas del Equipo Europa en Honduras y las actividades de cooperación en el marco de las prioridades definidas en el Programa Indicativo Multianual (gestión sostenible de los recurrentes naturales y el cambio climático, empleo, trabajo decente y crecido y estado de derecho y gobernanza democrática).
