         LOT A: IT environments and resources provided by service providers including Cloud Service Providers (CSP) and hosting vendors.

         LOT B: Professional Services provided by Cloud Service Providers, System integrators, partner, Managed Service Providers to operate, design or build IT environments.

         All the candidates satisfying the selection criteria shall be admitted to the system. Purchases will be made through tenders (ITT) within the dynamic purchasing system after it is established.
