      Raisons de la décision d"adjudication: Après évaluation de tous les critères d"adjudication conformément au cahier des charges (critères de qualité et de prix),le soumissionnaire vainqueur a obtenu le nombre maximum de points par rapport aux autres offres. L’offre du soumissionnaire gagnant a convaincu surtout dans les points suivants : - Bonne connaissance de la zone d’intervention avec un réseau établi dans le pays et particulièrement dans les zones d’intervention prioritaires (approche de proximité). - Très bonne expérience dans les aspects liés à la mobilité du cheptel (prévention et gestion des conflits, schémas pastoraux, etc.) et dans l’appui aux filières bétail-viande et lait ; - Très bonne expérience de travail avec les collectivités et les organisations paysannes professionnelles (OPF).
