         Mobilisation d’une Assistance Technique pour appuyer le programme « Réussir Ensemble en Mauritanie ». Ce programme vise l’amélioration de l’accès aux opportunités d’emploi pour tou(te)s les jeunes résident(e)s en Mauritanie, avec un focus particulier sur l’inclusivité des mécanismes de formation technique et professionnelle et de soutien à l’entrepreneuriat. Le programme se divise en trois composantes qui seront mises en œuvre par trois agences. De plus, une assistance technique, qui fait l’objet de ce marché, assurera la coordination de l’Action. Les objectifs spécifiques de ce programmes incluent i) l’amélioration des aptitudes et des compétences ; ii) l’amélioration de l’accès à l’emploi et le soutien de l’entrepreneuriat ; iii) l’amélioration de l’accès à l’information concernant les opportunités qui seront ouvertes aux résidents étrangers.
