         • Balie afspraken op locatie

         • Video- en belafspraken

         • Huisbezoeken

         • Gesprek op locatie (Samen055, zorgaanbieders of willekeurig adres)

         Gemeente Apeldoorn kent op dit moment 3 afdelingen die de oplossing gebruiken:

         • Klant Contact Centrum (KCC)

         • Maatschappelijke Ontwikkeling, bestaande uit onder ander Loket Realisatie en Sociaal, WMO, Jeugd, Schuldhulpverlening en Inkomen

         • Bouwen en Verbouwen, omgevingsloket
