         Upphandlingen avser ramavtal för invändiga golvarbeten, utvändiga golvarbeten kan även förekomma, efter avrop från beställaren. Arbeten som omfattas av upphandlingen är mindre och större hyresgästanpassningar, felavhjälpande samt underhåll i allmänna utrymmen och lokaler.

         Arbetet kräver erfarenhet allmänt inom nämnda arbetsområden.

         Som avtalspart för servicearbeten krävs att entreprenören har en arbetsledare som sköter planering, koordinering och uppföljning av uppdragen. Som regel kommer allt arbete ske med brukare som vistas och rör sig i lokalerna. Därför ska det hållas rent och snyggt på arbetsområdet.
