         The Project provides the construction of a new harbor in the city of Shkodra, Albania. The Harbor will be approximately 60 m long and 20 m wide, with the possibility to berth navigation vessels with a length up to 15m corresponding to boat Class 3. It has a floating platform that provides a comfortable access to the boats connected to the shore with an articulated footbridge. The overflow line for WWPS in Pazar currently passes through the project area and discharges in Buna River, therefore it needs to be changed outside the project area.

         The Works to be carried out under the Contract will include, but not necessarily be limited to:

         • Rehabilitation of existing harbor (partial demolition, to remove old concrete and reconstruction, construction of structures with piles for the contouring of the pier, including preparation, drilling, anchoring, placement and reinforcement of piles together with the beam on the piles including tiling and wall lighting);
