      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         In de Raad van Bestuur van 09.11.2007 werd goedgekeurd om binnen het investeringsplan van afdeling II 2013 – 2018 het herlokaliseren van de Faculteit Politieke en Sociale Wetenschappen te voorzien.

         Het Bestuurscollege van 28.03.201 3 keurde bij de voorstelling van de projectdefinitie de studie betreffende “Anders werken” binnen dit project goed.

         In het programma werden opgenomen:

         • een facultaire raadzaal

         • een multifunctionele ruimte voor personeel die vakgroepoverstijgend is

         • kantoren en bijhorende functies (consultatieruimtes, kleine en grote vergaderzalen, overlegplekken, concentratieplekken, enz.) voor de 4 vakgroepen en de centrale diensten

         • een facultaire bibliotheek

         • een PC-leszaal

         • een studentenruimte

         • overdekte fietsenstallingen

         Parking werd niet voorzien in het programma van eisen.

         Het Bestuurscollege van 23.10.2014 keurde het schetsontwerp goed mits rekening gehouden werd met de gemaakte opmerkingen, vooral inzake trappen en niveaus. Zij keurde volgende opportuniteiten met bijhorende budgetverhoging goed:

         • realiseren van een energiezuinig gebouw (NZEB) zowel voor blok 1 als blok 2

         • het bouwen van een trapzaal over alle verdiepingen van blok 2

         • het inrichten van een museale ruimte op verdieping -3 met een verzameling van typerende machines op de site

         • het inrichten van de kantoren blok 1 en blok 2 met specifiek meubilair ‘Anders Werken’

         Op 06/03/2015 keurt het Bestuurscollege de bestemming als onderwijsplateaus voor drie verdiepingen (niveau +1 t.e.m. +3) Technicum Blok 2 goed.

      Het inschrijvende team is verplicht de vorm aan te nemen van een tijdelijke vereniging, bestaande uit minstens 1 aannemer bouwwerken, 1 aannemer HVAC en 1 aannemer elektriciteit.

      Eenzelfde entiteit kan cf. art. 54 KB 15.07.2011 slechts éénmaal hetzij individueel hetzij al lid van een tijdelijke vereniging kandideren. Dit verbod geldt niet voor entiteiten die als onderaannemer optreden alsook voor adviesbureaus waarvan het specialisme energiebegeleiding, akoestisch advies of bouwfysisch advies
