         La Direction Générale des Impôts du Ministère des Finances au Cameroun suit un programme de réforme ambitieux, soutenu par les partenaires nationaux et internationaux, dans le domaine de la numérisation de son activité. Cette réforme est régulièrement citée comme indicateur des appuis budgétaires des partenaires techniques et financiers, et constitue un pilier essentiel des conditionnalités du Cameroun dans le cadre du programme économique et financier conclu avec le FMI.

         Le présent marché permettra de renforcer les efforts en cours à travers l’acquisition des équipements pour la mise en place d’une architecture serveurs en load balancing pour le service critique de télédéclaration, des capacités pour s’engager dans l’exploration de données (big data).
