National Representative Agreement Middle East
Vivantes — Netzwerk für Gesundheit GmbH (Vivantes) intends to enhance its foreign business and to gain institutional customers. As part of its foreign business, vivantes has already been caring for numerous patients from abroad for a longtime, who wish to benefit from the exceptional medical services our hospitals provide. This care is provided bothby Vivantes in general as well as by various subsidiaries, most particularly Vivantes Komfortklinik GmbH, whichruns the Comfort Hospitals.
This operational sector is of decisive strategic importance for vivantes and the intention is to further expand andenhance it. For this purpose, the relations that vivantes entertains with foreign institutional business partners such as governmental institutions, private-sector enterprises, and insurance companies need to be fostered and enhanced. The contractual partner in Kuwait whom vivantes is seeking to identify by the present tendering procedure is to provide significant support in this regard.

National Representative Agreement Egypt
The agreement comes into force with the award at the award procedure. It will be concluded for the period of 2 years. It will be extended for another year unless vivantes declares the termination of the agreement with a months notice.
The public procurement tribunal shall initiate reviewproceedings only upon application. The application isinadmissible if:
(1) the applicant became aware of the violation of provisions governing the awarding of public contracts duringthe award procedure and did not object to the contracting entity within 10 calender days;
(2) violations of provisions governing the awarding of public contracts which become apparent from thetendernotice are not notified to the contracting entity by the end of the period specified in the notice for the submission of a tender or application;
(3) violations of provisions governing the awarding of public contracts which only become apparent from the award documents are not notified to the contracting entity by the end of the period specified in the notice for the submission of a tender or application;
(4) more than 15 calendar days have expired since receipt of notification from the contracting entity that it is unwilling to redress the complaint.
