The information must be internally logged, time and date stamped and transmitted at programmable intervals, - Must be enabled for remote programming of all setup parameters via GSM link or SMS, - Have Onboard Bluetooth that can stream diagnostic information about signal strength, network status etc, - Have a touch sensitive button and LEDs for manual wakeup to server and diagnostic purposes which must be accessible on the outside without the need for opening the housing.
