         Perceel 1 betreft het op afroep distribueren en afleveren van vers brood aan de afleverlocaties van de Aanbestedende dienst verspreid over heel Nederland, als nader genoemd in de locatielijst als opgenomen in Bijlage 4a en 4b van het PVE. Het betreft de producten als genoemd in de assortimentslijst welke als Bijlage 2a is opgenomen in het PVE Brood (Bijlage 1 van deze Inschrijvingsleidraad). Brood wordt met name afgenomen ten behoeve van de Witte catering en in mindere mate ten behoeve van de Groene catering.
