         Gemeente Apeldoorn is middels deze Europese openbare aanbestedingsprocedure op zoek naar maximaal twee (2) leveranciers (één per perceel) voor de levering van werkkleding, persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen, BOA-uniformen en aanverwante artikelen (BOA-uitrusting).

         Opdrachtgever is voornemens om per perceel een raamovereenkomst af te sluiten voor bepaalde tijd. De raamovereenkomst gaat in op 1 januari 2024 en eindigt van rechtswege op 31 december 2025. Na de initiële looptijd kan de raamovereenkomst twee (2) keer met één (1) jaar verlengd worden.

         Gunning vindt plaats op basis van beste prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding (prijs 20% / kwaliteit 80%).

         De aanbesteding kent een hoofdtender en 2 percelen. 

         Inschrijvers kunnen zich op beide percelen inschrijven en kunnen ook voor beide percelen voor gunning in aanmerking komen.
