         The agreement also contains an option to expand the scope of the contract. A municipal merger is planned between Forsand and Sandnes kommune. On this basis, we anticipate an expansion of the contract scope, including that Forsand kommune shall have the opportunity to join the agreement after written notification to the service provider during the lifetime of the agreement. Price and contract terms shall be the same for Forsand kommune and Sandnes kommune, except where specifically stated in the contract that other terms shall apply to one of the parties.
