         Contracting Authority (CA) signed the service contract #EUzaTEBE Campaigns in Serbia; NEAR/BEG/2020/EA-RP/0047; CRIS 2021/430-623, (original contract) on 22/12/2020 and after publication of the Contract Notice (CN). Purpose of the contract is to assist and support the EU Delegation in Serbia in increasing public knowledge and understanding of the EU and Serbia"s accession/negotiation process. The contractor will create, produce and implement integrated communication campaigns (TV, radio, social media, press and events), promoting EU action in Serbia implemented in the framework of the EU accession process. It will include media buying to increase outreach of EU communication in Serbia. The extension of the service contract for the repetition of similar services through negotiation procedure in conformity with the same basic project is envisaged in the CN preceding the award of the original contract and satisfactory performance by the Contractor in the implementation of the contract.
