The reason for purchasing is to provide the necessary additional funds, in the form of additional expert fees, for the continuation of on-going technical and project documentation, namely the development of the Preliminary designs for the relevant Railway sub-sections, the Feasibility Study, the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment, as well as the Tender dossiers for the relevant sub-sections, which started with Addendum No. 2 in July 2022 and continued with Addendum No. 3 signed in December 2022 (IPA III/2022/441-594; Addendum No. 3 to Project Preparation Facility 9 (PPF9) for the continuation of on-going Corridor X Railway assignment)
