Tenders are hereby invited for the following: Purchase and removal of waste paper for a period of 12 months. Specifications: Purchase and removal of Waste Paper within eThekwini municipality: 1. Specify size and colour of collection bins and containers; 2. Type of truck or vehicle that collects waste paper etc.; 3. Service providers must ensure that collected waste paper is sent directly to recycling companies and proof must be submitted to the municipality; should it happen that collected waste paper is found elsewhere the service provider will be deemed in breach of contract; 4.
