Quotations are hereby invited for a Tour Operator: India Trade Pre-Tour Hosting. The pre-tour dates are from 8th May 2024 to 12th May 2024. Prospective service providers are requested to submit quotations for: • Transportation and Tour guiding services. • The vehicle used for the tours and transfers must be comfortable, air-conditioned, clean and roadworthy. • The respective vehicle used for the tours must be a 22-seater with a trailer for the guest’s luggage. • Arrive at pick up points on time and ensure that tours are conducted in a professional manner. • The driver must be experienced and have good knowledge of the routes in the itinerary. • The driver must be able to navigate the travel from point to point. • The pre-tour must have a qualified and knowledgeable tour guide. • The Tour operator is responsible for making the activity bookings as highlighted next to activities on the itinerary. (NB: TKZN will book the accommodation for the guests and main dinners). • Cater for refreshments during the tours (soft drinks, juice, water, and snacks for the guests in the vehicle while travelling with the guests for the duration of the tour) and avoid counterfeit snack brands. • Snacks must be prepacked nicely for individual guests. • The budget for lunches where the tour operator is responsible is R350pp including drinks. • The vehicle must be cleaned daily. • The driver and guide must provide their own meals and accommodation.
