Specifications: - Avigilon Camera Systems and Ancillaries or equivalent; - Avigilon Digital Video Recorder, Network Video Recorder, Servers and Appliances, storage devices or equivalent; - Avigilon Intelligent Video Platform Software and License or equivalent; - Avigilon LPR Licenses or equivalent; - Monitors including mounting brackets; - CCTV Cabinets and ancillaries; - CCTV UPS including all cabling, circuit breakers, switches and ancillaries. Specifications: VoIP Hardware/Software maintenance and licensing: The city wishes to appoint bidders that provide software maintenance and licensing for the city’s existing IP voice system as and when needed, which include: 1. IP Voice PABX: - Cisco Broadsoft IP Voice systems, - (Cisco) CallCabinet Recording, - Voice Mail/Surgemail. 2. IP Voice Session Border Controller, Session/Fraud monitoring: - Oracle Session Border Controllers, - Oracle Communications Session Manager, - Oracle Fraud Monitor. 3. IP Voice Firewall: - Cisco ASA Firewall. VoIP engineering resource maintain and support VoIP Systems: The city require resources as an when needed for the support, maintenance, configuration changes, troubleshooting and resolution. Resources must be skilled to support: - Cisco Broadsoft, - CallCabinet (Cisco), - Oracle Session Border Controllers, - Oracle Communications Session Manager. The resources (engineers) must be capable, trained or certified to maintain and support the systems listed above from day 1 (one) of contract commencement.
