Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Appointment of a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to assist and facilitate with the recruitment and selection process of Section 54A and Section 56 Managers for the Knysna Municipality. The expected deliverables/scope of work: The successful service provider will facilitate and conduct the following processes as contained in the Local Government Regulations on appointment and conditions of employment for Senior Managers: • Assist the Recruitment and Selection Panel with shortlisting as and when required to do so either in person or electronically, • Perform Screening of shortlisted applicants in terms of Vetting qualifications, criminal and credit records, • Prepare and provide Screening Report, • Invite shortlisted candidates to interviews when required to do so, • Assist selection panel with preparation of interview questions when requested to do so, • Prepare and Conduct Competency Assessments for shortlisted applicants, • Provide a detailed outcome report for the selection of preferred candidates which includes the marked scoresheets and competency assessments.
