Tenders are hereby invited for the following: Refurbish checkers cabin crane 522. The contractor shall conduct the work as follows: 1. The contractor shall remove all the rust on the cabins, all corroded areas are to be de-rusted and repaired. After rust removal, the metal surfaces should be carefully blown clean; 2. Any repaired and/or replaced surfaced metal must be painted for corrosion protection as per TPT specifications. Paint work must be as per original colour; 3. The cabin doors shall be replaced with new doors that are lockable, sliding and have durable gliders. The contractor is to ensure that the door slides freely for correct operation; 4. The contractor shall replace all the broken cabin windows/glasses to original OEM specifications. New windows/glasses to be fitted and sealed appropriately; 5. The contractor shall the Checker"s cabins as per the original colour; 6. The contractor shall replace all roll-up blinds on the windows. Location of Service: DCT Pier 2.
