Suitable and capable service providers are invited to quote for the following: Provision of (12) twelve months support and maintenance of the Works Information System (WIMS) for the Department of Public Works Head Office, O. R. Tambo building, 191 Prince Alfred Street, Pietermaritzburg. The requirements from the service provider are as follows: a) The service provider should be able to provide application maintenance, both proactive and reactive; b) Provide enhancements to the WIMS application; c) Assist DPW with the formulation and documentation of their WIMS application business processes; d) Provide Technical Support (non-application related) to DPW users and 3rd party software installations and upgrade.
