Proposals are hereby invited for the following: Appointment of a professional space planner to provide office space planning services and construction costings. Deliverables: As outputs and delivery of the expected work, NCR will receive the following material information: - Size of the office /spaces per square meter with dimensions; - Logical numerical numbering and naming of offices / spaces; - Perform needs assessment for office space and office redesigns; - Design and update the office refurbishment sketch/plans/drawings; - Ensure that plans are in line with ergonomics, Safety and Health regulations and Building regulations; - All the information will be supplied in both soft and hard copies and all documents must be made available in pdf format; - The space planner needs to provide a separate cost estimation, with a Bill of Quantities, for the construction work.
