Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Career Development Online Training Platform. Scope of work: The selected service provider will be responsible for providing the following services: 1.1. Career Development on-line learning and Licenses: 1.1.1. Provision of broad range of courses across various subjects and skill levels. 1.1.2. Provision of 300 licenses. Each license must have a duration of 12 months. 1.1.3. Regular updates of course content and addition of new courses. 1.1.4 Provision of thought-leadership on a spectrum of training issues. 1.2. User Management: 1.2.1. Capability to define learning and career paths for individuals. 1.2.2. Ability to assign courses and learning paths to users. 1.3. Technical support and training: 1.3.1. Ongoing technical support for platform issues; 1.3.2. Provide training to administrators and end-users on how to effectively use the platform. 1.4. Reporting and analytics: 1.4.1. Access to detailed reports on user engagement, course completion rates and other relevant metrics; 1.4.2. Customizable reporting tools.
