Addendum: Amendment to Tender Documents: Proposals are hereby invited for the following: Legal service provider to assist business on labour law reform. Scope of work: - A single labour lawyer or two to share the work is being sought; - In undertaking their work, the service provider will be required to: 1. Meet with business regularly to assist them in preparing their positions in line with their mandate; 2. Clarify and advise on legal issues to business; 3. Assist with the drafting of proposals when requested; 4. Liaise with the legal drafters appointed by Nedlac on draft legislative proposals as and when required and as mandated by business; - The service provider may be required to attend meetings of the Labour Law Reform Task Team; - The service provider will need to abide by the mandate provided by business.
