Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Provision of whistleblowing fraud and corruption reporting hotline for a period of 36 months. Scope: 1. To provide Anonymous/Innovative/Accessible fraud reporting channels and includes: - Provision of easily accessible and reliable channels for whistle blowing used to report an incident of maladministration, fraud, corruption and/or impropriety in connection with the affairs of state institutions or conduct which has caused or may cause serious harm to the public interest; - Registration and set up of a dedicated toll-free hotline for the SIU; - Registration and set up of a unique fraud email address for the SIU; - Registration and set up of a post address for the SIU; - Registration and set up of a Mobile App for whistleblowing; - Run a call centre facility with appropriately skilled and qualified call centre agents used to record incidents of fraud, corruption and/ or irregular activities; - The Call Centre Agents should be able to converse in 11 official languages; - The reporting mechanisms must be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays; - Run an effective whistle blowing facilitated operation where all channels (telephone line, fax, email, online reporting on website, App and Postal address) are managed in real time and all incidents are logged as and when reported.
