Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Provision of employee health and wellness services for a period of 36 months (as and when required). The IUCMA requires a suitably qualified service provider to render employee health and wellness services to the current staff complement of one hundred and thirteen (113) employees, with allowance for a generic growth of up to one hundred and forty-four (144) employees based on the approved structure for 36 months on an as and when required basis. The purpose of the service is to ensure that the IUCMA does not negatively impact efficiency due to poor employee performance due to wellness issues and to reduce overall healthcare costs to employees and staff turnover rates. The service provider is expected to: • Provide statistical reports monthly, quarterly, and annually covering a total number of employees assisted, the type of issues assisted with and the current status of the issue. • Provide the required professional support services within 24 hours. • Provide any required referral support within 24 hours. • Provide progress reports on a monthly/quarterly basis depending on the period of consultation or sessions. • Provide a closure report for all employer-initiated intervention services within 7 days.
