Scope of work: The Embassy of Ireland, Pretoria, 283 Florence Ribeiro Avenue, OMK House, Building A, 2nd Floor, Nieuw Muckleneuk requires the services of a suitably qualified Electrical engineering company for the supply and installation of a solar system, electrical rewiring and borehole installation at 381 Bramley street, Waterkloof, which are listed as the Residence of the Embassy of Ireland in Pretoria. All works forming part of this contract is as follows: • Supply and install 25mm² 4 Core cable + 16mm² BCEW from the main DB to and from the generator; • Rewiring of existing distribution boards and labelling; • Tracing of circuits for preparation of the as built; • Supply and install distribution boards; • Supply and replace socket outlets; • Supply and install LED lights; • Supply and install day/night switches; • Supply and install geyser timers; • Earthing of the system; • Supply and installation of solar system complete with solar panels, battery bank, and all required components; • Supply and Installation of a borehole system; • Testing and commissioning of the installations and issuing of relevant test reports including CoC’s.
