Tenders are hereby invited from service providers for the following: Appointment of a service provider for water and electricity meter reading services for the period of 36 months. Scope of works: The successful service provider will be required to perform the following functions: Electricity Meter Reading Services: 1. Monthly reading of electricity meters, 2. Readings must be done using electronic gadgets, 3. Digital images providing proof of stuck meters, high/low consumption, inaccessible or faulty meters, 4. Identify, capture and report meters not in the debtor system, 5. Report incorrect meter related inaccuracies, 6. Identify and report illegal connections, 7. Identify and report faulty meters, Water Meter Reading Services: 1. Monthly reading of Water meters, 2. Digital images providing proof of stuck meters, high/low consumption, meter inaccessible or faulty meters, 3. Identify, capture and report meters not in the debtor system, 4.
