Quotations are hereby requested for the following: Supply and delivery of diaries and calendars for 2025. Specifications: Diaries: 1. Printed Municipal Diaries (320 x A5 and A4 x 90), 2. Diaries to be branded with the Municipal Logo and the year on the front cover, 3. First four pages of the diary to be printed in high quality glossy paper in colour, 4. Images and text will be supplied for the design and layout to be approved prior to publication of the diaries, 5. Final proofs of artwork/design and layout to be approved prior to publication of the diaries, 6. Diaries should include the standard information including personal details, previous, current and following year calendars, academic terms for schools and universities, a year planner, metric conversions, holidays and religious festivals, a map of South Africa and a distance table, 7. A sample of a previous year"s diary may be shown to the service provider, 8. Names of Mayor, Deputy Mayor, Speaker and Municipal Manager to be printed on the cover of the diary, 9. Diaries to be delivered to the main Municipal Building in Bergville. Calendars: 1. Wall calendars to be printed on high quality glossy Al white paper in full colour (10000 copies), 2. Images for artwork will be provided to the service provider for design and layout, 3. Calendars to include public holidays and list of school terms, 4. Calendars to include municipal logo and contact details, 5. Calendars should have a metal rim at the top of the calendar, 6. Final proof of artwork, design and layout to be approved prior to publication of the calendars, 7. A complete sample of the calendar to be provided prior to the printing of the calendars, 8. Bids are hereby invited for the appointment of a professional service provider to perform probity audit. Scope: Prospective Probity Auditors are expected to conduct probity audit and quality assure the compliance to the procurement processes which includes attending bid evaluation and adjudication. The appointed Probity Auditors are expected to audit the bidding process using Audit Managers that are adequately skilled as well as experienced in auditing of public sector Supply Chain Management.
