Bids are hereby invited from suitable qualified and experienced service providers for the following services: Designs for refurbishment of Khowa Traffic Offices. Scope of Works: Drafting of building plans for additions and alterations to existing structure(s), to the extent of approximately 600 square metres over 2 floors: • The building plans, for the additions and alterations must be fully compliant with relevant laws/guidelines, should consist of the following, and including any other required documentation/plans that may not be specified: • Site plan; • Structural plans; • Floor plans (including plumbing & electrical plans); • Ceiling plans; • Sections; • Elevations.
