Campaign Goals: 1. Parents and caregivers are exposed to and inspired by the "Power of Play 2.0" campaign to increase quality play time with their children. In particular, and by the end of the "Power of Play 2.0" campaign: • Seven million parents and caregivers - two million of which are "at risk - are reached. • Ten-thousand parents and caregivers access learning-through-play and parenting resources. • Two thousand "at risk parents and caregivers are engaged on the importance of the power of play. • Two thousand "at risk parents and caregivers are encouraged to commit to more quality play time with their children. Primary Audience: 1. Parents and caregivers, particularly of children who are less likely to attend ECDs and are less likely to engage in active play with their children. Secondary Audience: 2. ECD practitioners; 3. Foundation Phase Teachers; 4. Children; 5. Adults in general. Scope of Work: The ‘Power of Play 2.0’ – the Play Never Ends: School’s Out Tour – will launch in early November 2024, ahead of the start of the school holidays (11 December 2024) at a time when parents and caregivers are preparing to spend more time with their children.
