Re-Advertisement: Quotations are hereby invited for the provision for mobile air compressor repairs at MHA workshop, Richards Bay. Scope of work: Repairing mobile air compressor will include: • Inspect and seal 2 x leaking inspection holes; • Remove welding on inspection hole and replace with correct sealing plate with locking mechanism; • Replace compressor leaking flexi pipe; • Carry out pressure test on a pressure receiver tank and issue pressure test certificate valid for 24 months. • Carry out inspection and calibration on the pressure gauge with serial number: S032511 or replace it with new if found faulty and issue calibration certificate valid for 12 months; • Carry out inspection and calibration on the pressure relief valve with serial number: S0325-2 or replace with new one if found faulty and issue calibration certificate valid for 12 months; • Carry out inspection start/switch off electric control panel for proper function; • Replace 2 x worn drive belts; • Replace faulty 3 phase electric drive motor; • Carry out inspection and service on electric drive motor and ensure proper functionality; - Carry out full service on a compressor: • Replace oil with correct OEM oil; • Replace oil filter as per OEM; • Replace oil level side glass.
