Proposals are hereby invited for the following: Appointment of a service provider to conduct job analysis within PSiRA for a period of four (4) months. Scope of service: - The scope of the project is conduct the job analysis/review of (±85) positions of the organisation based on reviewed Organisational Structure and any critical posts which management may decide to review. - The review process will amongst other things includes the development/review of job profiles, evaluating and grading of the identified posts - Evaluation and grading of posts using Paterson Job Grading System.
