Price quotations are hereby invited for the following: Manufacture of external signage for the Frontier Region for a period of two (2) years. Scope of work: • Design and layout of new signage (branding); • Cut out Vinyl (must be durable and have guarantee of at least 5-7 years) wording + logo to be used; • Proof of all signage should be included and is subjective to changes as per management discretion; • All signs should have the SANParks logo. Signage to be manufactured as per SANParks signage guideline; • Service providers will not be required to supply poles with the signs; • Avery forest green 711 and orafilack 2019; • On chromadek 1.2mm thick; • Aluminum square piping frame (galvanized steel frame); • Brackets should be provided on some signage, signage needed to be fixed on poles; • UV protection coating only for digital prints on white vinyl (detail signage); • Signs used at coast need to have anti-rust protection coating; • Some signage may be required to be reflective on request; • Signage designs/artwork to be provided by the client when orders are placed; • The client (SANParks) will collect signage from the service provider’s premises. Additional scope: • Directional/info signs ( Should be cut-out vinyl); • Graphic signs – digital; • Information signs (vinyl).
