Bids are hereby invited for the Rental of exhibition stands for the South Africa Investment Conference at the Sandton Convention Centre on 13 April 2023. Scope: The appointed service provider/s will be responsible for the Design Concept, Theme, Panels, Layouts, Production, Installation and Dismantling of exhibition stands and meeting rooms on a rental basis for the 13 April 2023 Investment Conference. Each Exhibition stand will be branded with the individual stands corporate identity/design which will be provided to the appointed service provider/s. It is therefore important for the appointed service provider/s to accept and understand the timeframes for layouts, which will require a design team to complete the required stand within a specified period. The exhibition stand(s) should have a look and feel, which is innovative, bright, clean, warm, and smart. Breakdown of the exhibition stand sizes are as follows: • Two (2) x 9m x 9m; (Car Displays); • Three (3) x 6m x 6m; (Partners); • Three (3) x 6m x 4m; (Sponsors); • Twenty-two (22) x 3m x 3m; and (Investment Pledges); • Nine (9) x 3m x 3m (Provincial Agencies); • One (1) x 15m x 15m – Glass - All-round see-through TV broadcast studio; • Eight (8) x 3x3 meeting booths; • Four (4) x 4mx3m Media Booth; • 1 (One) x 5m x 10m see through media office.
