Specifications: 1x 30 Ton Excavator wet rate plus operator for hire to Amahlathi areas (Keiskammahoek, Stutterheim, King Kei & Cathcart). Addendum: Amendment to Qualifying Criteria and Documents: Tenders are hereby invited for the following: Grounds and horticultural maintenance at generation sites. Scope: general maintenance, cleaning, watering, cutting and edging of all grassed, planted and paved areas at the Steenbras Power Station located off Sir Lowry’s Pass, near Gordon’s Bay for a contract period from date of commencement of contract until 30 June 2027 and will not exceed 36 months. The contract includes the removal of grass cuttings as well as litter and debris comprising of organic or inorganic matter and the weeding of sidewalks, flowerbeds, concrete storm water channels and other hard surfaces. The Specification also includes ad hoc general maintenance, cleaning, watering, cutting and edging of all grassed, planted and paved areas at Athlone Power Station which is located off Bhunga Avenue, Langa and Roggebaai Gas Turbine, located at the rear of the CTICC, Foreshore, Cape Town.
