Service includes: • SentinelOne Singularity Complete EDR licenses; • SentinelOne EDR as a Managed Service for 12 months; • Removal of current anti-virus solution (Mcafee); • Configuration and deployment of SentinelOne EDR; • Ensure SentinelOne EDR agent is installed on all required endpoints and definitions versions are up to date; • Management of all governing policies; • Investigate, research and remediate virus and intrusion events that will occur; • Ensure all systems have the same level of security; • Monthly reports and service delivery meeting; • Quantity of 550 endpoints (470 computers + 80 servers).
