Re-Advertisement: Quotations are hereby invited from suitable service providers to conduct capacity building for community structures (Manufacturing hubs). Scope of work: • The objective of the training is to capacitate community structures of the three wards on the theories, practices and elements of effective communication and leadership; • The training will cover topics in effective communication and leadership. The training will be delivered through lectures, interactive methods and group discussions. Due to the rural nature of the area training will be conducted physically rather than virtually and COVID-19 regulations will be followed. The training should empower community structures with relevant information that will enable them to participate in the transformation of the manufacturing sector and their communities. The training should also in still project execution principles and improve knowledge of the manufacturing hubs project and its goals. Besides the preparation and delivery of the course content, the training provide will be responsible for organising and conducting the scheduled activities of the agreed training course as well as provide the following arrangements: • Hiring of a training venue; • Accommodation for 30 participants for the duration of the training; • Training material including but not limited to projector, flip chart, pens, files, note pads etc. A short term training course that comprises of at least the following: • Delivery of content includes effective communication skills, team work and leadership skills.
