Scope: A contractor is required to do as follows: 1. Overhaul hydraulic system: - Drain hydraulic tank; - Remove hydraulic cylinders, accumulator, all corroded pipes, and fittings; - Replace hydraulic tank; - Replace hydraulic hoses, steel pipes, pipe clamps and fittings; - Cover hydraulic hose and secure the pipes to eliminate frictional wear; - Replace all hydraulic valves, valve coils, filters, gauges, couplings, and pump; - Paint pipes, hoses, fittings, and cover fittings with grease tape to minimise corrosion; - Replace accumulator; - Top up tank with hydraulic oil and charge to working pressure; - Install powerpack cabin to protect from spillage. 2.
