Specifications: - Approximately 150 delegates will be hosted at this event. - The City is looking for a service provider to deliver (Dance &musical) group (choir) entertainment and the programme director for this specific event. The attendees will be seated at the chairs where they will be able to view the stage programme, the service provider will need to provide the following services including but not limited to: 1. Entertainment: • A music and dance performances in between speeches of the programme; • Artist, group or choir will be required to entertain the guests during breaks as per the programme – the service provider will be required to work with the identified City representative to ensure smooth running of the programme.
